Delivery times

As we make our items to order it generally takes us 2-3 weeks from your order for us to complete them and get them into the post.  This allows us time to prepare wool and make the items that you have requested.  We shall confirm with you via email that your order has been received and we shall also notify you once your order has been dispatched. 

Delivery costs

Our standard delivery cost via Royal Mail is currently £4.75 UK wide. This means that your order should be with you or your recipient within 2-3 working days following your order dispatch notification email. 

If you would like your order to be delivered sooner, or even to be sent abroad, please do get in touch with us and we can work with you to make this happen so that no one is left out.
